Our main business location is in UK but we do business in a number of countries and some of our group companies may be based in other countries. When our business that collected your personal information is in a different country to your location or when you choose to make a booking with a transport company for transport services in a country outside; we may allow your personal information to be shared with those who are in countries other than your own location.
These marketing e-mails and text messages are commercial messages, excluding the service and confirmation messages we provide, and you can unsubscribe at any time you wish. But we will never store your payment information.
Also if you allow us to send you offers and news by selecting the opt-in option during your membership process, we will store your email address alongside your travel details until you unsubscribe from our commercial electronic consent list. At the same time we will never store your private informations. We will only store your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
We use it only for the sole purpose of making and processing your booking and when you are done to booking, all payment information will be deleted totally. (as an example your age, your race, your nationality etc.)
